Pricing Overview

Weekend Rates are listed below. Special Pricing may be available for mid-week bookings, small events (under 50 guests) and church functions. Larger functions may also require a custom quote. Please inquire with details.

Bathroom Rentals are not included in this amount. Select the appropriate option below separately.

2027 Event Space Rental Pricing

Day Before/After Rental: Because of high demand, we cannot promise that the day before or after your event will be available for early access, setup, teardown or rehearsals. However, we now offer an option to add an additional day(s) for $1,500/day to your event reservation, which will ensure you have the time you need to prepare for your special occasion. You will have full access to the venue as you would with your event date. 

Security Deposit: We also require a $500 refundable security deposit and wedding insurance (usually less than $150, see FAQs). The security deposit is used in the rare case that major damage is caused to the property (broken equipment, damaged structures, etc...) outside of regular use.  The deposit is returned the week after the wedding.

We have a dedicated vendor for this service, so we do not accept outside vendors. Select one of the options below for your event. This will be added to your total venue rental cost.  Handicap accessible options are also available. 

Other Rentals

Setup assistance is offered separately and can be purchased by the hour (minimums apply).
